WOW 2 years since my last post

Well, Well, Well, hope all is well with everyone.  I am going to be posting more stuff now.  Just need to get my stuff together.  until later, bye, bye.

Ok here it is, 2013.  what have I been doing in 2012.  Busy, Busy, Busy.  I worked alot of overtime for work, work then sent me and 2 other co-workers to a coding class.  I went to my niece's wedding(but I didn't get her quilt done in time. 
My goal for 2013 is to get my niece's, brother's, son's, and my husband's quilts done.   Then I want to get my Sylvia Bridal's quilt done and then see what I have to get done with the start of projects that I have started.  I want also to get my craft room cleaned, organized.  I also went to get my scarves done that I had started way back in 2011(hahaha) and finish up the knitting blanket that I started as well and those granny squares I started at work(on my breaks).  I want to go to our church knitting/crocheting/quilting/crafting group that I had signed up for in 2012.
2013 is for me to get organized and complete the stuff that I had started years ago.

wow sure have been busy with life

Hello to all crafters,
I am back to normal, I think, since my last post I have been very busy.  I working alot of overtime and work has selected me to take a coding class for work.  Well, I took the class and the test, did not pass that one, re took the test, did not pass that either, the test were hard.
So this pass saturday, I did nothing but go shopping for fabric and enjoy the day out by myself for about 3 hours, boy that was wrong I forgot it was the weekend as well as a busy one(christmas right around the corner) and everyone is shopping, traffic, YUCK!
Well, since my last post, I had gotten a job full time and when I told my husband that when I got a full time job that I was going to get a Sapphire 875Q quilt sewing machine, well I did it, and I LOVE IT!!!!!  No complaints from me at all.  Well I have not sewn on it much due to all the Overtime at work and studying for class and the exams.  Well I have started working on the Sapphire doing my niece's wedding quilt(which she got married in Aug 2012) opps, sorry but life got in my way(LOL) so, I am going to finish up her quilt top this weekend.  Almost there.
Ok, time to go and relax and do some knitting.  Since all of the studying is no in my way any more, I can start working on the knitting/crocheting/quilting that I have put aside.  Boy I sure do miss it all.

I got the final grade of a B

I got a final grade of a B for an online class that I was taking.  Boy I am sure glad that is over, it is hard taking an online class, going to night school and starting a new job at one time.  Boy I am sure glad that it is over.  Now I can concentrate on my knitting/quilting for the summer.  Oh yeah and go through our son's dresser drawers and closets to get rid of the old clothes that he does not wear anymore.
oh well, time to go and celebrate with a glass of wine, until later:)

My Baby is home-my babylock sewing machine

ok, she is home, I love her, still learning how she works, boy I can't wait to start my new project with her.  MY BABY IS HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  See pictures below.  I have so many projects going here, I think I will start my Block of the Month(with Millhouse Quilts) project with Audrey.  She is smaller then my Emerald-Viking sewing machine, lighter too :).  only 12.8 lbs, love it, I just love it.  Ok, until next posting, back to playing with Audrey:)

My New Baby Lock is coming home soon.

Ok, where do I start.  Ok, I am still working at the insurance place(which I am still a temp).  They posted a underwriting position which I applied for.  Hoping as well as other people that I get the job.  That would make my life so much easier.  I was in school for Basic Anatomy which I land up dropping because it was harder then I thought.  and the there was Intro to Health Records which because I missed 1 assignment, the teacher gave me a F as a final grade, unbelieveable.  oh well, will have to just take the classes again.  I know, what a waste it was.  but as far as for the basic anatomy class, the teacher, which this was her first class teaching it was no help at all.  she never checked our homework and that is hard because you don't know if you have the right answers for the quizzes/test.  that is how we study for them, from our home work.  Oh well, next fall again.  if I get this job, most likely it will only be one class at a time.  I am going to do overtime as much as I can/or they will let me do if they give me the job, keep your fingers crossed.

Ok, now on to other news.  my hubby told me the other night that my baby can come home soon, that is my Baby Lock Sewing machine(which I have on layaway).  Audrey is her name and I can't wait, 2 more weeks and she will be home with me.  I am so happy for that.  I am going to sew on it like crazy, ok maybe not that much until I figure it all out.

March 6th 2011

ok is has been sometime since I posted anything on my blog, here it goes.  I am still working the assignment went longer then planned.  I am now in school taking basic anatomy and intro to health records.  not too bad.  I am hungry to get back into quilting/knitting/crocheting.  I went to the quilt shop of whom I join the "Syliva's bridal sampler" which I just love.  I only did like 3 squares so far and they are like 1/3 into the 3-year quilt.  I am going to get caught up this summer(if I don't take a class at school).  I put money down on my baby, that is my new sewing machine, I put on layaway a brand new Baby Lock sewing machine(audrey).  I am going to love it when I get it home:).  I can keep my emerald sewing machine in place on the table and use Audrey for classes,retreats and taking up north to our summer home on the lake.  I have been trying to keep up with blogs on the quilter's blog.  I love that site.  Oh well, time to get back to life here, laundry, studying and wishing:).  until next time.
